EyeTV and the Apple Remote

Have you got a Mac running eyeTV? Do you also have an Apple Remote?
I just got wind of a handy trick.
Hold down "menu" on the remote while eyeTV is running. This will launch the eyeTV menu instead of Front Row and will allow you immediate access to your channels and all your recordings, among other options.
