First item for sale: PS3 80GB

Here's my first item for sale -it's an immaculate 80GB PS3 as can be evidenced from these photos taken earlier today. The item has been in my 2nd system upstairs but has never been used except to turn it on and to update it regularly. I have not applied the more recent updates to allow any potential buyer to decide whether or not to install the Linux option. Comes with box and cables, plus dualshock SixAxis. This was a more recent model and while it is a Blu-Ray, DVD and CD player it does not play SA-CDs nor does it feature backwards compatibility with the PS2 as Sony removed this facility.

I can deliver this item to Belfast or Dublin and I am seeking 200GBP or 250€ for it.

Items for Sale

I'm going to put a number of items up for sale here over the next few days with links on Twitter and Facebook. These will be items I no longer need, have two of and so on. The main reasons for sale are to gain a little space and to justify the purchase of the impending iPad. I'm also hoping to embrace Twitter as the new eBay and bypass their charges, selling mainly locally. Items will include at least a PS3, a media streamer, various DTT digiboxes,  hifi speakers, CDs, books and so on. Watch this space for descriptions, prices and photos.

All these bloody ads

Can anyone advise why these ads appear when I um, "retire" for a while? I wouldn't mind so much if I was getting some revenue from them, but I'm not.
